RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS, AND REPLACEMENTS
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
Return Policy/Cancellations
Customized products are non-refundable. We can not allow the cancellation of an item, as all items are made to order. Manufacturing time and resources have already been allocated in producing each item as soon as 6 hours from the time an order is placed.
Returns and exchanges will be accepted up to 10 days after the receipt of the item, fees may apply in some cases at the discretion of My Easy Monogram Inc. Custom items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Should you (the merchant) or your customers experience any issue receiving your order, please reach out to us with a picture of the item and box you received at support@myeasymonogram.com within 2 days of receiving the order. Once 2 days have passed since the receipt of the item, we will no longer issue replacements or refunds.
